Effortless Rental Income, Without Giving Up Control

Verano Stays

We are a boutique co-hosting company specializing in short-term and mid-term rentals across Tampa Bay, including Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.

As your dedicated hospitality partner, we manage every detail, from guest communication to day-to-day operations, so you can enjoy consistent income without the workload.

You stay in control. We handle the rest.

You remain the host of record on all platforms, revenue flows directly to your account, and you retain full control of your listing. We’re simply the team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly.

A red Persian rug is under the bed and bench. Next to the bed, there is a white nightstand with a white lamp, and curtains cover a window on a beige wall. On one wall, there are framed abstract art prints, and a black wall with decorative circular woven wall art. A wooden ceiling fan hangs from the ceiling, and there are several potted plants in the room.

What Makes Verano Different

Inconsistent bookings, flat-rate pricing that ignores market demand, listings that blend into the crowd, and the relentless grind of managing it all yourself. It adds up. Not just in lost revenue, but in lost confidence that the investment is actually worth it.

That’s where we come in.

For short-term rentals, our dynamic pricing and custom logic moves intelligently with market demand, local events, seasonality, and competition — so you're never underpriced on a high-demand weekend or sitting vacant when you shouldn't be.

For mid-term rentals, we target the high-quality, longer-stay tenants such as traveling professionals, relocators, corporate placements; people who treat your home with care and keep income stable and predictable.

Behind the scenes, our technology infrastructure handles the operational routine seamlessly so that our team can focus on what actually requires judgment, care, and a personal touch. That includes rigorous guest screening, intentional listing design, and an obsessive attention to the details that drive five-star reviews and repeat demand.

“Verano isn't an added cost to running your property. It's the infrastructure that makes your property perform the way it always should have.”

Our “We've Been That Disappointed Guest. Never Again.” Promise

We've all been there. You book what looks like the perfect place. Great photos, glowing description… and then you arrive. The angle was flattering, the cleaning was an afterthought, and your host takes hours to respond. Just like that, the trip you were looking forward to starts with disappointment instead of delight.

It's one of the most common experiences in short-term rentals. And it's completely avoidable.

With us, every listing is photographed honestly and described accurately. Every property is cleaned to a standard we'd walk into ourselves. Every guest inquiry is treated as an opportunity to make someone feel genuinely welcome, not a burden to be managed. And every home is stocked and maintained with the kind of care that tells a guest, from the moment they walk in, that someone thought about them before they arrived. No guessing games. No crossed fingers. Just warm, seamless, exactly-what-you-expected — and often better.

That's not a bonus. That's the baseline.

Meet the Founder

A smiling man with short curly hair wearing a beige blazer and white shirt, standing in front of a wooden bookshelf filled with books.

A summer in Spain, a verano , was supposed to be just a fun experience for James, but instead it reshaped him. That first trip abroad started a wanderlust that eventually became a years-long, 40-country education in what separates a forgettable stay from one that gets every detail right.

A simple but stubborn pattern emerged: the best stays weren't the most expensive. They were the most intentional.

In between his travels, James spent years in technology consulting and product management — building systems, identifying inefficiencies, and learning how to run operations that scale without falling apart. As the manager of his own out-of-state properties, he learned that a rental property is not just a home, but an investment that deserves to be actively managed and optimized, not just listed and hoped for.

When he moved to Tampa Bay, he put it all together, combining operational excellence with genuine hospitality. Because the most efficient operation in the world still fails if the guest doesn't feel welcome. And the best guest experience means nothing to an owner who isn't seeing the returns.
